BERNINA # 97 1/4" foot why you should be using it

As you've seen in the video the left side of the foot is more than a 1/4" so it covers all fo the feed dogs to give you optimum feeding of the fabric. This will keep the fabric moving straight and evenly. All quarter inch feet should be used in conjunction with the 0mm/straight stitch plate.
