BSL poem "Who am I?" by Donna Williams

Deaf poet Donna Williams's signed poem (in British Sign Language) "Who am I?" explores the poet’s search for an identity in the deaf and hearing worlds. It was performed at the Bristol Sign Poetry Festival 2010, at the Bristol Centre for Deaf People The poems in this channel are part of the collection made as the University of Bristol Sign Language Poetry Anthology with the aim to study metaphor in sign language poetry. The poem is discussed in the book Introducing sign language literature folklore and creativity, by Rachel Sutton-Spence and Michiko Kaneko, published by Palgrave press.
