One of them is doing quite well, and the other is... struggling... for a while... It's a system with a fascinating history, an intriguing if frustrating present, but a hopeful future, and it's worth looking into to see the transit that makes the City of Brotherly Love tick on the day to day, where it's strong, where it's weak, and where it can become an example for the world the way that the Eagles did.
