Passeranno l'inverno in questa stalla per poi essere condotte in alpeggio dove è presenta la malga con il caseificio per produrre giornalmente il proprio formaggio. Nei mesi invernali il latte è conferito al caseificio sociale. L'intero impianto è Alfa Laval per la mungitura che avviene quasi totalmente in modo manuale.
