Hampshire Avon Diaries. In search of Chub and Barbel. Pt2
In this episode of "Bitepoint Angling" The Hampshire Avon Diaries, it's another tough session. scorching sun, no cloud cover, gin clear water and a 3ft drop in level. an early start sees me on the bank for 5am and I tough it out in a couple of swims to see if I can catch a Chub or a Barbel at this amazing fishery on the Hampshire Avon. A selection of baits and a feeder approach unfortunately don't bare fruit for the second time in a row on this venue. I think we need a good week of rain and a good drop in temp over a gradule period of time to get some much needed water and oxygen back into the rivers. I hope you enjoy this youtube fishing video at a fishing place near me.
