Laxlife Lacrosse: Transition Drill #2A - Dougie T's LB With A Breakout Pass

The Dougie T Loose ball drill is named after legendary coach Doug Taylor from Scarborough/Orangeville, who had the great fortitude of combining multiple fundamental skills in a practice drill, in this case loose balls, outs & ups; which he hammered home with great repetition and variability. If players can master running their lanes with proper spacing and timing in this basic drill, they are essentially getting a lot of reps in the most basic but important pass when exiting the defensive zone.
