Summer Chanterelles - White Chanterelles are Here! + Pacific Golden Chanterelle Mushroom Foraging

Chanterelle Mushrooms are really out this summer ... in fact, both Pacific Golden Chanterelles and White Chanterelles are hitting earlier in my local Pacific Northwest forests than I've ever seen! Join me, in the forests of Western Washington as I search for some of my favorite wild mushrooms. We'll talk about some of the ins and outs of mushroom foraging when it comes to Chanterelles (which can present a little differently in the summer months than they do in fall season).
