My brother was STUNNED by this SUMMER RAGU!

Today I made Ragu di Tonno (Fresh Tuna ragu) and it was...JUST. GORGEOUS. A very simple recipe that you can make for all your family and they will want you to cook it more and more. This incredibly flavorsome ragu features fresh tuna, Gaeta olives, cherry tomato sauce, and the best herbs we could find in our garden. Plus, we cook it with Gnocchetti Sardi pasta.
