Типы привязанности. Теория привязанности Дж. Боулби и М. Эйнсворт
Attachment theory is a key area in the development of child psychology and relationship psychology. Its founder is considered to be the British psychiatrist and psychoanalyst John Bowlby, who in the mid-20th century proposed the idea that a child's early experiences with their mother form the foundation for all future human relationships. According to Bowlby, children are born with an innate need to seek closeness and security from a caregiver. A healthy attachment to the mother helps the child receive emotional support and feel secure in the outside world. Bowlby argued that the child develops an "internal working model" of relationships: if the adult is consistently available, sensitive, and reliable, the child learns to trust people and themselves. Conversely, a lack of consistent contact or unpredictable parental behavior can lead to anxious, avoidant, or other destructive patterns later in life.
