Fire up the smoker at 300°F using the Smokin Brothers Premier Vertical Smoker with Royal Oak Hickory Pellets. 2. Prep the ribs by removing the membrane, trimming excess fat, and squaring the racks for even cooking. 3. Season with Garlic Jalapeño Rub followed by Sweet BBQ Rub for a savory, slightly spicy-sweet base. 4. Smoke for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours until the rub sets and the ribs have a rich mahogany color. 5. Wrap ribs meat-side down in foil with ½ cup Butter Bath & Wrap, 2–3 tbsp Pineapple Habanero Glaze, 1 ½ cans pineapple juice, and 2–3 tbsp chipotle salsa. Cook 45–60 minutes. 6. Mix glaze: ¾ cup Sweet BBQ Sauce, ¼ cup pineapple juice, 2 tbsp chipotle salsa, and ¼ cup Pineapple Habanero Glaze. 7. Check tenderness around 205–208°F—ribs should bend easily with bones peeking through. 8. Glaze ribs, return uncovered to smoker for 10 minutes to set.
