I spend the day in Trinidad, a city of twenty thousand inhabitants in Santa Barbara, Honduras. I visit its restaurants, shops, streets, street food stalls, and characters. A grandmother invites me to visit her house, one of the oldest buildings in the city. I realize that many Hondurans in the city have green eyes.
