In this video, we discuss the errors made on flight N501CE, which suffered a fuel exhaustion during a flight of approximately one hour, killing six friends near Kerrville, Texas. The aircraft had no mechanical problems, and the pilot was quite experienced, but none of that was enough to prevent several errors committed in sequence that led to a tragic end and the air accident.
