In this video, I discuss an accident that occurred in 2016 involving a Cirrus SR20 N4252G at Hobby Houston Airport, which claimed the lives of Dana, her husband Tony, and her brother-in-law Jerry. The tragedy was caused by a brief moment of distraction while piloting! They were minutes away from landing. The accident happened in 2016. The NTSB's final report was published in 2017, and in 2018 the Aviation Safety Institute made its first report on this story, which served as inspiration for this video.
