To open ourselves to life's beautiful gifts, it's important, first, that energy can flow freely within us. When we have any energy blockages, we're likely to miss the many miracles already happening in our lives. The upper chakras (energy vortices), which are the throat, third eye, and crown of the head, are known as the upper triangle chakras ⧊, the ones that allow us to communicate with the divine and angelic. Perhaps this week's meditation posture will challenge you. My message: surrender to experiencing the opening of these chakras for greater intuition and presence.
