Paneer Do Pyaza Recipe | Restaurant Style Paneer Do Pyaza | Dhaba Style Paneer Curry Paneer Do pyaza is one of famous Indian paneer dish with cottage cheese and 2 types of onion cooked in Indian gravy. in this video am going to share my method to make just like restaurant or dhaba style paneer do pyaza with simple ingredient that is available at your home. I have used balanced whole spices that will add flavour in your dish with delicious onion and tomato gravy with sauté Indian species that makes it delicious. With this step-by-step gravy you can enjoy restaurant style food at home anytime. Ingredients 1. 200gm Cottage Cheese (Paneer Cubes). 2. 1 Square size sliced onion. 3. 2 Spoon oil. 4. 1/4th tsp. cumin seeds. 5. 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste. 6. Whole spices (2 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 4-5 Cloves and 4-5 Black Peppers) 7. 2 Finely Chopped onion. 8. 1/4th cup curd. 9. ½ tsp. red chilli powder. 10. ½ tsp. coriander powder. 11. ¼ tsp. turmeric powder. 12. ½ tsp. garam masala powder. 13. 2 tomatoes puree. 14. Dried fenugreek leaves. 15. Salt as per taste. 16. Some Chopped Coriander Leaves. 17. Water according to how thick gravy you want. Method 1. Preparing Cottage Cheese and Onion – First of all we will fry cottage cheese and onion so we will take little oil in kadhai or Pan. When oil is hot add cottage cheese and let them Fry till slightly golden brown, you make use raw cottage cheese but fried one will give you amazing smoky taste. When you see cottage cheese turning colour then add sliced onion and sauté few sec. not more than that so they don’t lose their crunchy flavour take out in plate immediately and let it rest side. 2. Adding whole spices – Now in Same Kadai or Pan add 1 and ½ spoon oil and let it heat enough when it done add cumin seeds let them cracking few seconds then add whole spices and sauté in oil so they release their flavour in oil that will make our dish tastier and more flavourful. I have used limited whole spices that will give enough that needed in dish. 3. Sauté Onions and Spices- After Whole spices part done, add finely chopped onion and Saute them till they start turning slightly golden brown it will take 3-4 min. on medium low flame when its stat turning colour add ginger garlic paste mix well after in bowl take curd and all spices powder make smooth paste and add it in kadai fry 2-3 min. on low flame so spices will Sauté perfectly add little water so it won’t stick on kadai and won’t burn when. 4. Tomatoes and gravy- Now it’s time to add tomato puree in kadai fry around 2 min. on medium flame mix well continuously when oil start separating add fried cottage cheese, Onion, fenugreek leaves add water according to how you like gravy mix well and 5. Finishing of gravy- In the end add salt as per taste and some chopped fresh coriander leaves cook around 2 min. on low flame so everything mixes and cook completely. Take out in serving bowl sprinkle some fenugreek leaves and some chopped coriander leaves your homemade super delicious Paneer Do Pyaza recipe is ready to serve try with naan bread or Paratha serve it to your guest everyone will say did you bring it from Restaurant?
