Restaurant Style Veg Burger | How to Make Veg Burger at Home | Quick & Easy Burger at Home In today’s video, I’m going to share a quick and easy veg burger recipe made with freshly chopped vegetables, boiled potatoes, and a blend of flavorful spices. This burger is super tasty, healthy, and gives you that perfect restaurant-style taste at home without compromising on freshness. I’ll also show you step-by-step how to make a perfect burger patty just like in restaurants, so you can enjoy a fresh and delicious homemade burger anytime. Ingredients 1. 4 boiled potatoes (refrigerated for about 30 minutes) 2. Finely chopped vegetables – carrot, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, and boiled green peas 3. ½ tsp cumin seeds 4. ¼ tsp red chilli powder 5. ¼ tsp turmeric powder 6. Salt as per taste 7. ¼ tsp garam masala powder 8. 1 tbsp corn flour For coating: • Cornflour mixture – 2–3 tsp cornflour mixed with a little water • Breadcrumbs – 6–7 bread slices (edges removed, blended into crumbs and lightly roasted in a pan for about 1 minute) For assembling the burger: • Burger buns • Sliced tomato, onion, and cucumber • Cheese slices • 2–3 lettuce leaves • 1–2 tsp butter • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise Method 1. Take the boiled potatoes in a plate, peel them, and grate using a grater. Add chopped vegetables, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and 1 tbsp cornflour. Mix everything well to form a smooth mixture. 2. Apply a little oil on your hands. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patty. The oil helps prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands and makes shaping easier. 3. Heat enough oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, reduce the flame to medium and add the patties. Fry them until golden brown on both sides. 4. In another pan, add a little butter and lightly roast the burger buns from both sides until slightly crispy. 5. To assemble the burger, spread mayonnaise on one side of the bun. Add sliced onion, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce leaves. Place the hot crispy patty on top and add a cheese slice if desired. Cover with the top bun. Your delicious restaurant-style veg burger is ready to serve. Enjoy this easy and perfect homemade burger anytime!
