I love gardening. I'm a member of the Mozartian Verein, a group of Mozart enthusiasts. Uploading YouTube videos has become a fun hobby for me. I started keeping a Standard Poodle on September 19, 2022. I received a 2-year-old Auden from a student who could no longer keep him. My husband and I discussed our commitment to owning a large dog, and we've installed a front door, done some exterior work to ensure Auden can safely go out into the garden, and laid down carpets. I've started uploading videos from when we first got him. Creating a positive flow of energy has become my theme throughout my lifestyle. This involves practicing Yang Ming-shi Eight Brocade Exercises and Tai Chi to improve the flow of qi and blood within the body, aiming for unity of mind, breath, and movement. At home, I focus on keeping it clean, tidy, and decluttering to cherish space. By discarding things I don't use or don't like, I reduce my possessions to a manageable level, living a simple and uncluttered life. Since I'm fortunate enough to live in a spacious home, I want to take good care of it. Eating is very important; it's said that our bodies are made up of what we ate two months ago, so I want to eat rich and nutritious food every day. I also want to improve my digestive health and create a positive flow. I especially want to improve my gut health. This doesn't mean expensive, luxurious food, but rather cooking meals myself to my satisfaction and enjoying rich mealtimes with family, friends, and colleagues. Living in Yamanashi Prefecture, I feel incredibly fortunate to live in such a wonderful environment with clean air, water, and access to fresh vegetables and fruits. I enjoy the rich time and lifestyle I experience. I love living with plants, cherishing their daily growth and cultivating them with love, fostering a positive energy exchange with them. I'm particularly interested in slow food, and I want to continue making traditional Japanese food culture, such as pickled vegetables, pickled plums, miso, and pickled shallots, which change over time. Believing that good health is paramount, I am grateful for my encounter with Yang Ming-shi Eight Brocade Exercises and Tai Chi, and I want to share its benefits with many people.
