PASTEL o BIZCOCHO de FRESAS fácil 🍓

It's strawberry season and what better way to take advantage than to make an easy STRAWBERRY CAKE or CAKE 🍓 that is also very delicious, it is soft and fluffy. You can decorate with a strawberry glaze, whipped cream or, like me, just use icing sugar, either way you will love it, come with me to see the recipe... ⏩You can subscribe to my channel Here, IT'S FREE: https://www.youtube.com/c/KatastrofaL... ⏩Join the channel to get access to benefits:    / @katastrofalacocina   🎂🍓Ingredientes: 200 gr de Mantequilla sin sal. 180 gr de Azúcar (1 Taza + 1Cda). 200 gr de Harina trigo todo uso (1 3/4 Taza). 40 gr de Leche en Polvo (4 cdas). 5 gr Polvo hornear (1 1/2 cdta) 50 gr de Yogurt griego o natural (2 a 3 Cdas). 1/2 cdta de Sal. 3 Huevos (150 gr de liquidos). 10 a 15 fresas y 1 Cda de harina para mezclar las fresas. Azucar glass o en polvo para decorar. 🎂🍓Ingredients: 200 gr of unsalted butter. 180 gr of Sugar (1 Cup + 1 Tbsp). 200 gr of all-purpose wheat flour (1 3/4 Cup). 40 gr of Powdered Milk (4 tbsp). 5 gr baking powder (1 1/2 tsp) 50 gr of Greek or natural yogurt (2 to 3 Tbsp). 1/2 tsp of Salt. 3 Eggs (150 gr of liquid). 10 to 15 strawberries and 1 Tbsp of flour to mix the strawberries. Powdered or icing sugar to decorate. ⏩Tips and recommendations: 1. If you want to use flour instead of milk powder then use only 20 grams more flour instead of 40 grams of milk powder. 2. All ingredients must be at room temperature. 3.
