It is crucial that parents understand the basic concepts of neuroscience, as applying this knowledge in early childhood can have a significant impact on children's development. The neuropediatrician will share with us how our brains learn new information and create neural connections that generate knowledge. She will present the scientific concept of "windows of opportunity" experienced by children throughout their growth cycles. Liubiana will explain the importance of understanding these windows to make the most of them, as well as highlighting the importance of raising awareness and providing alternatives so that children from impoverished communities can find opportunities for upbringing with the appropriate neural stimuli for optimal growth.
