Never before, the Bishops of Mbarara Ecclesiastical Province, five in number are ushered in and the white tape is cut by the Archbishop Lambert Bainomugisha Adyeeri and his brother shepherds are let in Nyamigisa Parish Presbytery amidst cheers. Flanked by Fr. John Fisher Ssenyonyi, the Msgr. Joseph Birungi Akiiki has received them already. They are finally led to the sacristy of Sacred Heart Parish Nyamigisa Church and they are vesting for Mass which is starting with a procession in front of the Father's house. According to Bishop KIRABO of Hoima Diocese, the five bishops decided to begin rotational pastoral visits for the following reasons; To strengthen the spirit of solidarity as shepherds in the province. To work together in order to effectively address the pastoral needs of the people in their area. To learn from every diocese and appreciate the uniqueness, beauty and potential in every diocese. to give an opportunity to the people to know and to pray for their shepherds. To thank all of you for your continued support to the Church and encourage a life of Christian witness everywhere you are. To do what Jesus instructed his apostles to do at the last Supper, to wash each other's feet; and to fulfill the great commission...
