ZAMBANA: L'ASPARAGO, UNA FILIERA TUTTA DA SCOPRIRE!

In this agricultural experience, the first of 2026, we'll introduce you to the White Asparagus of Zambana. They are grown at the foot of the Paganella, where the confluence of the Adige and Noce rivers creates a particularly suitable terrain for this precious crop. It was here, in the second half of the 19th century, that major land reclamation projects transformed the area into fertile land, giving rise to the production of high-quality White Asparagus. On our journey, we'll meet local producers, united by the De.Co. (Municipal Designation) brand and the As.T.A. cooperative, and we'll also discover some original asparagus-based transformations, a true treasure of Trentino horticulture.
