Salade de maïs recette simple

Here's my very easy corn salad. A quick and easy recipe, ready in 15 minutes. Get your aprons on! Ingredients: 500 to 600 ml canned whole corn 12 small cherry tomatoes, cut into 4 1 shallot 2 tbsp. fresh basil 60 ml feta cheese For the vinaigrette: 45 ml olive oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 lime (for the juice) 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper Salt and pepper to taste Makes 4 servings Bon appétit!
