Thanks for your subscription, don't forget to share and 👍 ♥ Ingredients and preparation: 500 gr of corn, 5 slices of bacon, 1 pepper 1 clove of garlic, the juice of a lime, 125 gr of grated cheese. For the quick Caesar sauce: 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp. to c. mustard, 85 gr mayonnaise. Salt and pepper, 1 tsp. to c. of white vinegar.Juice of 1/2 lemon.Mix everything while adding 20 cl of oil little by little.Add 25gr of anchovies and mix, 50 gr of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.Mix and pour into the corn salad.
