#40 What We Learned From Our Failed Corn Crop | Homesteading in Portugal

In this video, we check on our cornfield and harvest what little we can after a disappointing growing season. Back in March, the seeds were simply scattered across the field. We chose not to use herbicides, even though the weeds quickly took over. By the end of the season, the weeds were taller than the corn, and the harvest was far from what we had hoped for. It wasn't a success, but it taught us some valuable lessons for next year.
