✨Summer in the Carpathians means more than just the incredible beauty of the mountains, fresh air, and picturesque scenery. For those who live in the mountains, it is a time of hard work, as hay must be harvested for the long winter ahead. Every sunny day counts, so there is no time to rest.🌲🌿🏔️ ✨Today, Larysa is heading out to the hayfields with her children. High in the mountains, she mows the grass, while Pavlyk diligently helps his mother. It is grueling work, but having family nearby makes even the toughest tasks a little easier. Each of the children helps however they can, knowing that only by working together can they get everything done. ✨After hours of hard work, the family returns home. Larysa prepares a delicious homemade meal using simple, wholesome ingredients. Gathered around the family table, they regain their strength and share smiles and warm words. Moments like these remind us that having loved ones by our side is the greatest wealth of all.🌲🏔️🌿 ✨But the rest is short-lived; there is still much work to be done. The family heads back to the field to bale the dried hay. Each bale represents a winter feed reserve for the livestock—the fruit of hours of labor under the sun, wind, and heat.🌲🏔️🌿 ✨Today, Larysa carries a heavy burden on her shoulders. While her husband, Vitaliy, works abroad to support the family, she and the children tend to the household and work in the fields every day; she cooks, cares for the children, and does everything she can to ensure their home is warm, tidy, and cozy. It is a challenging path, but her love for her family gives her the strength to persevere.🌲 ✨Life in the mountains teaches one to cherish every piece of bread, every sunny day, and every moment spent together. There is no easy labor here, but there is a sincere love for the land, one’s home, and one’s family.
