Hello dear viewers, I wanted to share with you this recently popular pumpkin flour halva recipe. 🧡My measurements are perfectly adjusted, so you can try it with confidence. 💯👍 INGREDIENTS: 🟠1 kilogram peeled pumpkin 🟠2 cups sugar (using a 200 ml cup) 🟠50 grams butter 🟠Half a teacup sunflower oil (half a 100 ml cup) 🟠3 heaping tablespoons flour How to make pumpkin flour halva.... ✔️First, peel the pumpkin and wash it thoroughly. ✔️Chop it into small pieces. ✔️Place it in a pot and sprinkle with sugar. ✔️This can be done the night before. I made it in the morning and let it sit with the sugar for 3 hours!!! ✔️Put it on the stove and let it cook. ✔️Cook it in the middle of the stove without adding any water until it almost absorbs the water and becomes soft. ✔️Pour it into another bowl and mash it with a masher. ✔️Pour the butter and sunflower oil into the pan, add the flour, and sauté until it turns a caramel color. ✔️Add the mashed pumpkin and stir constantly for a few minutes. ✔️Once it's smooth, sauté for another 5 minutes to release the steam and achieve a more halva-like consistency. ✔️Remove it from the stove and serve it on a serving plate.
