This Mystic Flow practice is devoted to the Anahata chakra — the energetic center of love, compassion, grief, forgiveness, and connection. Together, we move through a heart-centered vinyasa sequence designed to awaken the emotional body and help us gently confront the stories we hold, the resentments we carry, and the ways we limit our own capacity to love and be loved. We'll explore the process of reframing our narratives, not from bypass or avoidance, but from truth, maturity, and soulful self-compassion. Expect fluid sequences, deep backbends, grounding hip openers, and opportunities for pause, breath, reflection, and affirmation.
