The plaintiff says she was close with the defendant’s mother and added the defendant to her phone plan. She claims he stopped paying his portion of the bill, so she’s suing for the balance owed. The defendant says there was never any agreement about a phone plan. He claims the plaintiff simply bought him a new phone because she was friends with his mother.
