True Italian Taste Master Class “Boot" Camp on the Molise region
During this Master Class, participants will be led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Molise region by a panel of expert speakers including Jackie Rothong (Culinary Producer, Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef/Brand Ambassador for Viking Range), Michele Figliuolo (Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef/Brand Ambassador for Viking Range) and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi. Participants will learn about PDO Olive Oil from Molise and cook along as our chefs transformed this authentic Italian ingredient into cavatelli with broccoli pesto and an olive oil cake with olive oil gelato topped with an almond crumble.
