True Italian Taste Master Class "Boot" Camp: The Art of the Sandwich with Antico Vinaio

Participants at our April 12 True Italian Taste Master Class were transported to Florence, home to the original location of standout sandwich shop All'Antico Vinaio. Together with guest chef Mattia Ceccarelli from All'Antico Vinaio's newly-opened New York City outpost, Jackie Rothong, Chef/Brand Ambassador for Viking and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi, led a culinary demonstration and tasting session highlighting a range of regionally sourced and produced PDO/PGI ingredients from Italy for a select group of NY-based food influencers and media personalities.
