Schicht Schaschlikbraten // Schaschlik mal anders vom SOGAMBO Keramikgrill

Today we're having a layered shashlik roast. A different kind of shashlik - from the Sogambo ceramic grill. Truly delicious, I tell you. Yours, Michael Ingredients for 8 people 2.5 kg pork neck 3-4 bell peppers 5 onions 300 g bacon slices Shashlik sauce of your choice, in my case from Hela. If you don't like it, use something else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shashlik seasoning: 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp hot paprika 1 tbsp sweet paprika ½ g ground fennel 1 tsp dried basil 2 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp coriander powder 0.5 tsp nutmeg powder 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tbsp salt I used double the amount, so you can save any leftovers. Preparation: Prepare the spice mix. Slice the meat, not too thin! Season the sliced meat. Slice the onions and peppers. Now we take the lid holder from the Swedish pan and layer them. First, a layer of meat. Add some of the sauce, then bacon, onions, and peppers. We do this until it's all used up. We'll finish with a layer of meat. Now the whole thing goes on the grill at 170-190 degrees Celsius (338-374 degrees Fahrenheit) until it reaches an internal temperature of 70-75 degrees Celsius (168-175 degrees Fahrenheit). Starting at about 68 degrees Celsius (145 degrees Fahrenheit), we glaze the roast with the shish kebab sauce about 2-3 times. Then we can slice it from the front and enjoy. Serve with fries, hash browns, and croquettes.
