After all the Dalgona Coffee craze (which is just whipping instant coffee with sugar), we're bringing you this recipe we discovered a few months ago during our trip to Vietnam. We tried Egg Coffee at Café Giang, the Hanoi coffee shop owned by its creator since 1946. It's a unique experience in flavor and texture. And it's even better made with specialty coffee.
