What is Psychosis? What Causes It, and How Do People Recover?
When people become psychotic, they may begin to fear that no one could ever understand them, and perhaps that they also cannot understand themselves. But new psychological approaches emerging around the world offer increased possibilities for compassionate understanding, and for using this understanding to help people regain control of their lives and of their destiny. About the presenter: Ron Unger LCSW is a therapist and educator who has spent two decades specializing in psychological approaches for psychosis. His perspective is also informed by his personal and family experiences with psychosis. He is also a blogger at recoveryfrompsychosis.org and his channel is @RonUnger
