They apologized for the inconvenience, and processed a replacemnet for both of the 120ml bottles that leaked! "No need to return the leaked items, feel free to keep it or give it to someone else. Rest assured you will have it in a pristine and secured condition." Customer satisfaction is EXTREMELY important to me as I review/recommend products to you! I am very happy with this solution, and am grateful they didnt offer a "coupon code for the next order" solution!
