INGREDIENTS 250 g flour - 2 cups 70 ml olive oil - 7 tablespoons 25 ml sweet wine - 2 tablespoons 25 ml anise - 2 tablespoons 25 ml white wine - 2 tablespoons 25 ml orange juice - 2 tablespoons 40 g sugar - 3 tablespoons 15 g baking powder - 1 1/2 tablespoons 4 g anise seed - 1 teaspoon 4 g sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons 1 lemon peel For the filling Angel hair Olive oil for frying Sugar for coating PREPARATION 1. Heat the oil with the sesame seeds, anise seed, and the lemon peel in a pan. 2. When the shell begins to brown, remove it and strain it into a bowl. 3. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and liquid ingredients. 4. Add the strained oil. 5. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. 6. Form into balls and roll out with a rolling pin. 7.
