Borrachuelos Malagueños

INGREDIENTS 1 kg of wheat flour 2 tablespoons of sugar 120 ml of sweet muscatel wine 120 ml of white wine 120 ml of sweet anise 100 ml of orange juice 200 ml of olive oil Zest of half an orange Zest of half a lemon A piece of cinnamon stick 1 sachet of yeast - 15g A tablespoon of aniseed or matalauba A tablespoon of sesame or ajanjolí Salt Olive oil for frying Sugar for coating 250 g Honey 60 ml of water PREPARATION ✅ We start by frying the orange peel, the lemon peel, the piece of cinnamon, the matalauba and the sesame in 200 ml of olive oil. We brown them a little and remove from the heat to cool. ✅ We start with the dough by putting 1 kg of wheat flour and yeast in a bowl, forming a kind of volcano, and add the orange juice, anise, sweet wine, white wine, sugar and salt.
