【20kg痩せた方法】1年で変わった!運動・食事制限なしで成功したダイエットを紹介【垢抜けたい30代必見】

Thank you for watching! 🌛 Today I talked about dieting! I once lost 20kg after a year of fairly relaxed dieting, so I'm sharing the things I consciously did. I love food and can't stand feeling hungry, but honestly, this method wasn't difficult at all! ❣️ (I'm a carb lover, and low-carb diets are bad for you, so I don't recommend them.) By the way, I've heard that breastfeeding after giving birth can help you lose weight, but I didn't produce much breast milk, so I started adding formula from the beginning and before I knew it, I was able to wean my baby much earlier. 🌝 It's also fine for those who exclusively breastfeed. 🙆 Also, I didn't mention this in the video, but if you're about 70% full before you reach for carbohydrates, that's great! Then, while listening to your stomach, eat with rice to lose even more weight.
