While it's said that it's difficult to lose weight in your 50s, I worked hard to increase my basal metabolic rate through dietary management and strength training. In just six months, I've gained 50kg and a body fat percentage of 24%. Currently, I weigh 48-49kg and have a body fat percentage of 21%. Currently, I'm focusing on body shaping. While my body is still evolving, I started this channel to encourage others over 40 who are struggling with the same issues of losing weight.
