The most classic is the 1-and-1 rib view, used for a cardigan jacket. The views are suspended, and the crew neck is applied. Using the garment's rib, calculate the stitches needed to cover the neckline. These stitches, which must be odd, are cast on with auxiliary yarn. Purl the first row and incorporate the left facing. Knit the entire row and, when finished, incorporate the right facing. Knit the desired cm of elastic, close as presented, or close with a tubular closure.
