A pair of Colas class 43 power cars through Mexborough twice!
A couple of hours at Mexborough, mainly to film a pair of Colas class 43 power cars running around the area. I can only assume they were on route learning. Amongst the normal diet of trains, I filmed X-Country 220014 coming off the Roundwood chord, only the 2nd time I have seen a passenger train take that route. It was scheduled for that line so I assume it is to keep drivers conversant with that link in case of diversions.
