Je teste les desserts glacés du monde entier… spécial canicule

Today on Carl is cooking... I'm testing traditional frozen desserts from around the world to see which ones are truly the best 😳 Our HIGH ON FUN special offer 💫 https://ca.highonfun.com I'm testing frozen desserts that are popular in different countries around the world. I'm starting with kakigōri from Japan, a truly iconic and visually stunning shaved ice dessert… but does it taste as good as it looks? I'm also making mangonada from Mexico, a frozen dessert made with mango, chamoy, lime, and tajine, which is sweet, tangy, salty, and truly surprising. Next, I'm trying an Italian affogato, a super simple dessert with ice cream and hot coffee. I'm also making Spaghettieis from Germany, an ice cream that looks like spaghetti and is a total cult classic in Germany. And finally, I'm making halo-halo from the Philippines, es teler from Indonesia, and an açaí bowl from Brazil—three super colorful frozen desserts, packed with textures and incredibly popular in their respective countries. I'm going to document my mindset as I try all these traditional frozen desserts. You'll spend a day on my plate. You'll see everything I eat in a single day. Tell me in the comments which other frozen desserts from around the world I should try in a future video: Korean bingsu, Indian kulfi, falooda, Sicilian granita, patbingsu, raspado, homemade sorbet, Asian frozen desserts, Latin American frozen desserts, etc. It was fun making this tasting challenge video where I try traditional frozen desserts from around the world to see which ones truly deserve the hype… or which ones are way overrated. Give this video a thumbs up 👍 and share it with people who love frozen desserts, international recipes, unusual desserts, traditional recipes, and slightly WTF culinary experiences.
