Saving a telehandler bucket from the scrap!
In this video i rebuild the bottom half of a telehandler bucket. The old floor was cut out with the plasma cutter, the bottom of the sides were also cut out as they were rotten from years of cow muck stuck to them. A new floor was then cut to length and pressed to shape with the press brake. The new floor, sides and bucket edge were then welded in along with 2 gussets that were cnc plasma cut out with the Kutavar. New straps were also welded onto the underside of the floor joining back onto the the top bracket straps Thanks for watching. Hope you enjoyed the video.
