Broken! JCB TM headstock in a bad way!
In this video i repair a JCB TM headstock. The usual problem on the middle plates cracking and the pin coming out and ripping open the eyelet. I cut out the old plates with the gas torch, use the arc air gouger to remove the left over and clean up with the grinder. I then cut out some new plates on the cnc plasma, these get welded in. The main pivot pin holes were very worn or bigger then they should have been so they were bore welded then line bored back to size before line boring the new plates to the right size. Hope you enjoy the video Thanks for watching
