This homemade crispy chili oil is ADDICTIVE! You may know it as LAOGANMA from the Asian store - but homemade it tastes much better and is much cheaper. In this video I show you how you can easily make the popular chili crisp yourself. With this quick cooking tutorial you will learn step by step how to perfectly prepare this spicy sauce. You can use the crispy chili oil for many dishes - for example for fried eggs, scrambled eggs, ramen, fried noodles, Asian noodles, pork belly, as a topping for bowls, for salad dressings, dips, for raclette, fondue or teppanyaki.
