A before-and-after project that's truly impressive 🏠✨ A Flipper. An apartment. A construction site. Thousands of emotions and minor problems. A dream and an incredibly awesome result! This time, it's about Mehmet from Stuttgart, who bought a run-down apartment 7 months ago. After 8 deal due diligence checks by us and about 10 viewings, the time had finally come: The purchase took about 2 months, the renovation, or rather refurbishment, almost 6 months. One reason for this was the tradespeople, who weren't always entirely reliable. The renovation costs aren't quite finalized yet, but will be around €800/m²; we'll discuss this in more detail later. Mehmet was incredibly dedicated, was frequently on-site, and worked extensively with us to plan the floor plan, ensuring it would be not only practical but also truly stunning. Of course, not everything went smoothly: around 12,769 unplanned incidents and minor errors turned the whole thing into a "typical construction site." But in the end, when the apartment was finished and shining in its new splendor, all the challenges were almost forgotten! He said: "The feeling I had during the first viewings—showing an apartment that I had created—was indescribable. I was so happy, and every effort and problem was completely worth it." The best part: Mehmet is now hooked and wants to continue doing this kind of work. I'm incredibly proud of him, and he's grateful that someone was always keeping an eye on things, even though, to be honest, I didn't have to intervene very often. The buyer is overjoyed, and in the end, we created a true win-win situation!
