The heat pump is here and ready to go. Old walls are out, new plaster is on. Some parts are already really clean, some are still pure chaos. The bathroom is completely empty. The former tiny toilet has now become a proper toilet with a shower. Downstairs, we made a huge opening and combined the living and dining areas into one large room. That's exactly how you have to renovate and sell a property these days. We also did a lot outside. Tree out, garden spruced up. Upstairs, all the windows were removed and moved further outwards. Balcony gone, but more living space in return. These are precisely the decisions that make all the difference when selling a renovated apartment. As a real estate investor in Germany, you simply have to be bold. Right in the middle of the project ✅ Opening up for an open-plan living and dining area 🛠️ New heating pipes neatly installed 🚿 New toilet with shower in the old tiny bathroom 🌱 Completely redesigned garden 🔥 Windows relocated for more living space I'll tell you openly what went well, where we made mistakes, and what briefly annoyed us.
