SIN RUIDO: VIAJAMOS EN EL TRAMBUS EN SU 1° DÍA

Starting this Monday, November 17th, the #Trambus began operating on the streets of Buenos Aires in a trial phase, following the route of Line 34's Branch C, that is, Liniers-Aeroparque. That's why we decided to ride its FIRST ROUND, starting in Liniers and going to Aeroparque, and then returning to Liniers. We'll show you what it's like inside and out, especially the lack of noise, both inside and outside the bus, as one of the main advantages of this new trial service. What is the Trambus? A transportation system created by the City of Buenos Aires (GCBA) is launching two new electric bus lines (both single and articulated): the T1 line, which will run vertically from Pompeya to Aeroparque Airport, passing through Caballito and the Juan B. Justo Metrobus corridor, is scheduled to debut in mid-2026; and the T2 line, which will run from Pompeya to Barrancas de Belgrano, passing through Flores along the San Pedrito-Nazca axis, is slated to launch in 2027. The GCBA signed a contract with the Juan B. Justo company, the operator of the line that shares part of its route with the future T1 line. They expect to have five buses in operation within three weeks, eventually reaching ten for this pilot program. The Trambus fleet will consist of buses built by Todobus on Agrale chassis, all supplied by Megacar, the winning bidder in the SBASE tender.
