¿Por qué el Trambus no es una solución?

Is the Trambus a solution? The government has presented the Trambus as a major innovation and solution to the mobility problems currently facing the City of Buenos Aires. In this video, I address this issue and clarify why I believe this is not the case. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some clarifications: The Trambus can also be understood as a bus that incorporates tram features (in fact, that's how Minister Bereciartua has defined it). However, I believe this definition also doesn't fit the Trambus proposed by the government, since the current version doesn't offer tram features. The government itself never mentioned the five new features that the Trambus brings.
