Stage 1 - Silver Surfer (FamiTracker MMC5)

Originally I had only transcribed this with the 2A03, but while I was uploading it, I thought I could have used an expansion chip to improve the sound... So I canceled the upload and started work on the MMC5 part. Credit to Tim (and Geoff?)
