The owner told us that the motorcycle was making a noise in the gearbox from 3rd gear to 5th, and the noise was getting worse. He took it to a couple of workshops to have it checked, and they told him that the gearbox was damaged. Despite the motorcycle being new and only having 2,000 kilometers on the clock, the owner decided to bring it in for a diagnosis. At first, we thought that the gearbox was indeed responsible for those annoying noises and pops. However, after a series of tests, we determined that the noise was caused by a poor factory design.
